Every plot mapped, every document collected, every batch assessed before it ships — because the obligation may be yours, but the evidence has to come from us.

Your obligation, as the EU operator
You place the product on the EU market. You carry out due diligence, you reach the conclusion on risk, and you submit the Due Diligence Statement in the EU Information System.
The conclusion is yours to reach, and yours to stand behind if you are ever asked to.
Our role, as your supplier
We hold the origin. Every document, geolocation and production record behind the timber you buy sits with us, in Klang.
We collect it, check it, and hand it to you assembled in the form your statement needs — before you ask for it.
So the question worth putting to any supplier is a simple one: what can you actually put in my hands, and when?
What you receive
One pack per production batch, structured in the order you need it rather than the order we happened to collect it.
- Batch identity
- The batch number and every incoming lot consolidated into it.
- Plot geolocation
- WGS-84 decimal degrees in GeoJSON. Polygons for plots above four hectares, checked against forest cover before the 31 December 2020 cut-off.
- Origin and legality documents
- Per source and per country, requested and filed under each document's own local name.
- Chain of custody
- The reconciliation from felling authorisation through waybill to mill intake.
- Risk assessment
- Assessed at country, supply chain, product and species, and shipment level, with a consolidated conclusion.
- Mitigation record
- Every finding, what closed it, and when. All of them closed before the batch ships.
- Sign-off
- Reviewed and signed by a second person before the pack is released.
From the plot to your gate
Seven links between the standing tree and your gate. Here is what we hold at each one.

The plot
Geolocation captured as polygon geometry rather than a single point, and tested against forest cover before 31 December 2020. A point says a tree came from somewhere in the region. A polygon says which ground it stood on.

Legal harvest
Eight domains of the producing country's own law: land use rights, environmental protection, forest rules, third parties' rights, labour, human rights, free prior and informed consent, and tax, anti-corruption, trade and customs.

Concession to mill
Log marks, felling listings, waybills and scaling records reconciled against each other. Then a colleague flies out and checks the yard in person.

Risk assessment
Assessed on five levels, and we run all five on every origin. A country classification describes the country; your consignment is judged on its own evidence.

Mitigation
Where risk is not negligible we work the finding until it closes. The batch ships once the file is clean — a gate that sits before payment and before loading.

Production
Segregated material, batch integrity, and volume in reconciled against volume out. Every contributing plot stays declared.

How we work
This is what sits behind the pack, and why our customers can answer their own auditors without coming back to us first.

Checklists built per country
Cameroon is not Uruguay is not Malaysia. The forest title, the tax instruments and the labour registration are all different, so the document list is too.
Geolocation at intake
Plot geometry goes on file the moment material arrives, so it is ready long before you need it.
Signed by a second person
Every assessment is reviewed and signed off by a second reviewer before it leaves the building.
People on the ground
Colleagues visit the mills and match log marks in the yard against the felling listing on the screen. Some checks only work in person.
Built for the real chain
We run our own system, built around the chain we actually operate: multi-country sourcing, batch consolidation, and plot-level origin held per lot.
What you can hold us to
Four commitments that are easy to check, and that not every supplier will make.
- Your statement stays yours to file.No supplier established outside the EU can submit it for you. We will always be straight about that, and we will make sure everything underneath it is real and retrievable.
- We sell evidence, not guarantees.The conclusion on risk is yours to reach and yours to defend. Our job is to make certain it rests on something you can show an auditor.
- Every batch keeps its own origin.We do not use mass balance. Origin is a fact about a specific piece of wood, and it survives production intact rather than being averaged across a book.
- Certification supports our evidence, it does not stand in for it.FSC and PEFC tell you a management system was audited. We supply the primary legal-production documents alongside them, because those answer a different question.

Are you EUDR compliant?
The compliance obligation sits with you as the operator, so the useful question to put to a supplier is what evidence we can hand you. For every batch that is plot geolocation, legality documents per source, a five-level risk assessment, and a second-eye sign-off. Judge us on that, and ask us to show it.
Can you give us geolocation for everything you sell?
Yes. Every plot behind the batch, in GeoJSON, WGS-84 decimal degrees, as polygons wherever the plot exceeds four hectares.
What if a country you buy from is standard or high risk?
We run the same full assessment on every origin we buy from. Standard and high-risk countries get the same five levels as low-risk ones, so the evidence you receive is built to one standard wherever the timber came from.
Do you buy from certified sources?
In many cases, yes. We treat certification as supporting evidence that makes due diligence faster, and we supply the primary legal-production documents alongside it so you have both.
How far back can you trace?
To the plot, and to the authorisation under which it was felled.
Can we audit this?
